Getting Started for New Hosts

Welcome to RentStayNow! This guide will help you understand the core flow of becoming a host on our platform.

1. Create your account

All hosts and guests use the same unified account model. Simply sign up with your email and password.

2. Submit your property

Once logged in, you can submit your property details. You'll need to provide:

• Property type and location
• Number of units/suites
• High-quality photos
• Detailed descriptions

3. Commercial Approval

To ensure quality across our platform, every property goes through a manual or automated commercial readiness review. Your dashboard will show your "Readiness State" until approved.

4. Set your pricing and availability

After approval, you can set your nightly rates, seasonal adjustments, and sync your calendar with other platforms using our iCal integration.

5. Go Live

Once your listing is complete and your workspace is active, your property will be visible to guests worldwide.
