Guest Booking and Payment FAQ

Everything you need to know as a guest booking on RentStayNow.

1. How do I book a stay?

Once you find a property you love, select your dates and click "Book Now". You will be guided through our secure checkout process.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. In Brazil, we also support Pix for instant payments. Some hosts may also accept other local payment methods.

3. When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is officially confirmed once the payment is processed. You will receive an email with your reservation code and stay details immediately.

4. Can I change my reservation?

Reservation changes depend on the host's cancellation policy. You can request changes through the "Contact Host" option in your reservation details page.

5. Is my payment secure?

Yes. RentStayNow uses Stripe, a global leader in payment processing, ensuring your financial data is encrypted and handled according to the highest security standards (PCI-DSS).
