Managing Your Calendar Sync (iCal)

Avoid double bookings by keeping your RentStayNow calendar in sync with other platforms.

1. Exporting your calendar

You can find your unique iCal export link in your Property Settings > Calendar Sync. Copy this link and paste it into the "Import Calendar" section of Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO.

2. Importing external calendars

To see your Airbnb or Booking.com reservations on RentStayNow:

1. Get the iCal export link from the other platform.
2. Go to your Property Dashboard on RentStayNow.
3. Select "Calendar Sync" > "Add External Calendar".
4. Paste the link and give it a name (e.g., "Airbnb").

3. Sync Frequency

RentStayNow automatically refreshes your imported calendars every 30 minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from your dashboard.

4. Troubleshooting

If calendars aren't syncing, ensure the URL ends in .ics. If problems persist, verify that the external platform's link is still active.
